Pre - Opera Buffet Dinner on the Boat on the Massaciuccoli Lake
The lake held a strong attraction for Puccini, who loved hunting. He believed it was the most beautiful place in the world and described it as “supreme bliss, a paradise” .
The lake and the marshes constitute a botanic oasis of great importance.
In the late afternoon, transfer to the Massaciuccoli’s lake. By boat you’ll feel a very idyllic atmosphere, the same that inspired the Maestro, on the Boat a drink and a light dinner will be served and then you will reach the open-air theatre in Torre del Lago on the opposite side of the lake.
Finally the night will be enjoyed in the magic setting of the Puccini Festival where one of the magnificent Operas of the Maestro will be performed.
